Prepared for real houses
Repair help for established Prairie Village properties
Trim profiles, plaster patches, settled doors, aging hardware, and years of previous repairs can make “simple” work less simple. Good photos help our office identify those details before the technician arrives.
Interior repairs
- Drywall and wall-surface repairs
- Doors, locks, trim, and hardware
- Fixtures, shelving, and television mounting
- Caulking, touchups, and punch-list work
Exterior and property work
- Deck, gate, and fence repairs
- Move-in and pre-sale lists
- Rental and short-term-rental maintenance
- Recurring property support
Send the whole story—not just one closeup
Wide views show access and context; closeups show damage; measurements show scale. When those details are enough to evaluate the work, the photo estimate is free. Required site estimates cost $65 and are credited when you hire us.
Weekday arrival windows
We use 9–11, 11–1, and 1–3 arrival windows instead of promising an exact minute that field conditions may make unrealistic. The arrival window is not the project duration.
Prairie Village service questions
Can you work from a homeowner’s punch list?
Yes. Send the complete list with photos so we can prioritize the work and plan the visit.
Do you carry common parts?
Our service vehicles carry many common maintenance items and specialty tools to reduce unnecessary store trips, though project-specific materials may still be needed.
