Arrival windows are not job-duration estimates
We normally schedule weekday arrival windows of 9–11, 11–1, or 1–3. The confirmed window describes when the technician may arrive. It does not promise an exact arrival time, determine how long the work will take, or assume that one technician can complete every project.
