Can you tell what is wrong from one close-up?
Usually not. The full door or window and surrounding frame help reveal alignment, installation, water, and structural concerns.
Do you supply the replacement door or hardware?
We can discuss customer-supplied products or sourcing. Product size, configuration, availability, finishing, and delivery affect the project.
Will you promise the repair fits within the first hour?
No. The $189 minimum covers up to one total labor hour after arrival, but it does not predict completion time.
