Kansas City built—not bought
Multi-skilled repair service for a city with every kind of property
Kansas City projects range from older homes and newer construction to apartments, rentals, offices, retail spaces, and guest-ready short-term rentals. Our office reviews the actual scope before recommending a technician, crew size, schedule, or price. We do not guess that a complicated project will take one person one hour.

Better information before the truck rolls
Clear photographs, measurements, product details, parking and access information, and a complete task list help the office plan the right tools, materials, technician, and amount of time. That preparation matters across Kansas City, where access and travel conditions can vary considerably.
Free photo estimates whenever the scope can be evaluated remotely
We would rather review useful photographs and provide a free estimate by text or email than charge for an unnecessary trip. If the project requires an in-person estimate, the fee is $65; hire us for the work and that $65 is credited to the final bill.
Arrival windows are not promises about job duration
We normally schedule weekday arrival windows of 9–11, 11–1, or 1–3. The confirmed window describes when the technician may arrive. It does not promise an exact arrival time, determine how long the work will take, or guarantee that one technician can complete every project.
Kansas City service questions
Straight answers before scheduling
What areas of Kansas City do you serve?
We serve customers throughout the Kansas City metro. Availability depends on the exact address, project scope, schedule, and travel distance. For properties outside our normal footprint, the office may be able to accommodate the work with an adjusted trip charge.
Can I combine several repairs into one request?
Yes. Send the complete written list and photographs so the office can plan staffing, tools, materials, and enough time rather than discovering additional work at the door.
Do you handle rentals, Airbnbs, and commercial properties?
Yes. We support landlords, multifamily properties, Airbnb and Vrbo hosts, property managers, and local businesses, subject to the specific scope and schedule.
Is the $189 first-hour rate a one-hour project quote?
No. It is the minimum service charge for a booked service visit, not a promise that the project will be completed in one hour and not an estimate of total labor cost.
