Kansas City built—not bought
One accountable team for homes, rentals, and businesses
North Kansas City combines established neighborhoods, apartments, commercial buildings, and busy mixed-use properties. Our office reviews the complete scope before recommending a technician, crew size, schedule, or price. We do not guess that a complicated project will take one person one hour.

Planning matters in a compact, busy service area
Parking, building access, tenant coordination, measurements, product details, and a complete task list all affect the plan. Photographs of the full project help the office select the right tools, materials, technician, and amount of time before the truck rolls.
Free photo estimates whenever the scope is clear
We would rather review useful photographs and provide a free estimate by text or email than charge for an unnecessary trip. If the project requires an in-person estimate, the fee is $65; hire us for the work and that $65 is credited to the final bill.
Arrival windows are not job-duration estimates
We normally schedule weekday arrival windows of 9–11, 11–1, or 1–3. The confirmed window describes when the technician may arrive. It is not an exact appointment time, a prediction of how long the job will take, or a promise that one technician can complete every project.
North Kansas City service questions
Straight answers before scheduling
Do you serve both residential and commercial properties?
Yes. We help homeowners, landlords, multifamily properties, short-term rentals, property managers, and local businesses, subject to scope and schedule.
Can several repairs be combined?
Yes. Send the full written list and photographs so the office can plan staffing, tools, materials, and enough time before arrival.
How do estimates work?
Photo-based estimates are free whenever the scope can be evaluated remotely. If an in-person estimate is necessary, it costs $65 and that amount is credited to the final bill when you hire us.
Is the $189 first-hour rate a one-hour project quote?
No. It is the minimum service charge for a booked service visit, not a promise of one-hour completion and not an estimate of total labor cost.
