A property rarely needs only one kind of repair. Liberty customers can send one complete list for common drywall, door, installation, exterior, assembly, and maintenance needs. The office reviews the actual scope before recommending a technician, crew size, schedule, or price.

Start with photographs and the complete scope
Wide views, closeups, measurements, product information, and access details help us determine whether the project can be estimated remotely and what preparation is required. A full task list also helps the office reserve realistic time.
Free photo estimates when practical
When useful photographs and details provide enough information, the office can often prepare a free estimate by text or email. If an in-person estimate is necessary, the fee is $65; hire us for the work and that $65 is credited to the final bill.
Arrival windows describe arrival—not job length
We normally schedule weekday arrival windows of 9–11, 11–1, or 1–3. The window does not promise an exact arrival time, predict the project duration, or mean every job can be completed by one technician in one hour.

Yes. A complete list helps the office plan the appropriate technician, tools, materials, staffing, and time.
Does the $189 first-hour rate guarantee completion?
No. It is the minimum service charge for a booked service visit, not a promise that the work will be completed in one hour and not a total labor-cost quote.
Do you serve rentals and businesses in Liberty?
Yes. We support landlords, property managers, short-term rentals, and businesses, subject to the project scope, service address, travel, and scheduling availability.
