Whole-home punch lists

One list. Fewer loose ends.

Bundle the repairs, adjustments, installations, and maintenance items scattered around the property into one organized request.

THE LIST HAS MET ITS MATCHCHECK.
CHECK. CHECK.

Organize before scheduling

Give every item its own line.

A useful punch list includes location, problem, desired result, quantity, product details, and at least one photo for every item. The office can then assess skills, materials, access, likely sequence, and whether additional information is needed.

Good candidates

  • Door and hardware adjustments
  • Wall repairs and touchups
  • Fixture and accessory installation
  • Maintenance and safety items

Make the list useful

  • Number every separate task
  • Attach photos by item number
  • Include product links and quantities
  • Identify priority items

Plan the visit

Why the list matters

Can everything be completed in one visit?

That depends on the verified scope, materials, access, staffing, discoveries, and available schedule. We will not promise completion before understanding the list.

Can I add more work when the technician arrives?

You may ask, but additional work depends on time, materials, skill requirements, and later commitments. Sending the complete list in advance produces a better plan.

How is labor charged?

The $189 minimum covers up to one total labor hour. Additional labor is $95 per labor hour, plus materials and required project expenses.
