We first confirm compatibility, condition, access, mounting, connections, and whether the requested work is appropriate and permitted.
What if the problem is behind the wall?
Concealed conditions can change the scope. We will explain what was found and the appropriate next step rather than guessing in advance.
Do materials cost extra?
Materials and required project expenses are additional. When shopping is required, store time is billed at the regular labor rate; materials are not marked up.
