Our standard professional service visit is $189 for up to the first hour. Additional labor, materials, or specialty items depend on the project. The office or technician will explain any additional time and material costs before the work continues.
We handle drywall, doors, trim, caulking, fixtures, TV mounting, appliance installation, minor plumbing and electrical tasks, painting touch-ups, property maintenance, rental turnovers, and many other practical repairs. Tell us about the project and we will confirm whether it fits our service scope.
We schedule service Monday through Friday. Online appointment times are requested arrival or start times, and the booking calendar only shows available openings. The office may confirm or adjust a time when project details, technician routing, or existing jobs require it.
